Website information
These terms cover use of the Ria Interiors website and client portal. Website descriptions, photographs and articles provide general information. They do not replace site measurements, material specifications or a written project agreement.
Enquiries and project agreements
Sending an enquiry does not place an order or confirm a booking. Project scope, specifications, quotation validity, taxes, exclusions, payment milestones and timelines must be confirmed in the written proposal or project agreement. Project-specific written terms apply to that work, subject to applicable law.
Designs, images and materials
Project photographs illustrate particular spaces and finishes. Availability, colours, dimensions and site conditions vary. Obtain approval for the actual specifications before ordering. Website content and designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission from the relevant rights holder; this does not restrict rights expressly granted in your project agreement.
Client accounts
Provide accurate contact details, keep passwords and invitations private, and access only records you are authorised to view. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict compromised or misused accounts to protect client information.
Payments and changes
Pay only using the invoice and payment instructions confirmed by Ria Interiors. Bank transfers are recorded after manual verification. Changes to approved work, materials or site conditions may require a revised quotation and timeline agreed with you. See cancellation and refunds.
Service availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website and portal information accurate and available, but interruptions or errors may occur. Contact us if a document or payment record appears incorrect. Nothing in these website terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
